These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the usaepya payment platform and API. Please read them carefully before using our service.
By accessing or using the usaepya platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
usaepya provides a payment gateway and merchant processing API that enables businesses to accept, process, and manage electronic payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
All fees for usaepya services are due in accordance with the pricing schedule published at usaepya.com/pricing. We reserve the right to suspend processing for accounts with outstanding balances. Transaction fees are non-refundable once a payment has been successfully processed.
Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and PCI-DSS standards. We may require identity verification (KYC) documents before activating or maintaining your account, and may suspend accounts that fail to meet compliance requirements.
All content, software, APIs, logos, and trademarks associated with usaepya are the exclusive property of usaepya Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not use usaepya to process payments for illegal goods or services, to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Processing transactions for prohibited business categories — including unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, or sanctioned entities — will result in immediate account termination.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at usaepya.com/privacy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. usaepya does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, usaepya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. usaepya may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
